Spark has the expertise to deliver any kind of extruder pasta machine that customers may require, ranging from simpler designs featuring single screw or twin parallel screw compressors, right up to more advanced machines with counterposed screws which are designed for producing special types of pasta such as the paglia e fieno (straw and hay) variety.

The automatic pasta kneading machine, also available with a vacuum extruder, is equipped with all the necessary accessories such as rails, platforms, diffusing covers, thermostat systems, hoists for extrusion dies, marbling attachments, etc.

The vacuum pasta machine allows a more homogenous, more intensely coloured dough to be obtained while also ensuring the total absence of micro air bubbles. These specifications make all the difference especially when producing dried pasta.
