Pasta aluminium frames

Spark srl offers a wide range of aluminium frames for pasta with stainless steel frame, aluminium profiles with food-grade anodization and PES certified nets for contact with food.

Given the high hygienic and sanitary standards existing for machines for the food industry, our company offers an innovative technological solution to offer optimal drying or dehydration of fresh food products.

In fact, our frames have anodized aluminum alloy profiles and a polyester mesh that makes the product suitable for all types of static drying.

These frames can be used for any type of handling, both manual and with automatic machines, as they are extremely robust and non-deformable.

The standard dimensions of our pasta frames are those of FAVA lines. They are made of AISI 304, 316, 430 steel. With or without trim. Inside the metal frame are inserted anodized aluminium profiles and a breathable PES net suitable for food contact. We can make frames from pasta to drawing, according to customer requirements.

REPAIR SERVICE

Spark srl also offers a repair service for overhaul guaranteed for chassis type GM, realizing a total renewal of the frames worn and deteriorated by time and offering the possibility of replacement, in addition to the networks, of the aluminum profiles possibly damaged.

The frames are completely disassembled and thoroughly washed to restore the hygienic characteristics suitable for their use.

Spark srl is also able to offer frames with wooden structure for lines with static drying cells.
